It’s not a scary movie, but Marlon Wayans’ new Netflix horror comedy still looks like a spooky blast in the first trailer

Horror fans like me are settling into the best time of the year, because not only do we know tons of wacky and scary movies are coming to the Halloween season, but we can also expect a first look at many new genre projects. Case in point: Scary movie franchising Co-creator Marlon Wayans is returning to the world of horror comedies for a more family-friendly adventure for the next Netflix movie The Curse of Bridge Hollowwho is co-star Stranger things fan favorite Priah Ferguson.

As seen in the trailer above, Marlon Wayans may be in dad mode for this project, but he’s still as animated and chaotic as ever, which is definitely the right kind of energy for this over-the-top story. If you’re not screaming at window-smashing levels after being slammed around by a giant spider, you’re living life very differently to me, man.
