Lucifer Star’s NSFW suit once found them in “Trouble” on set

Lucifer Showrunners Ildy Modrovich and Joe Henderson recently confirmed that star Lauren German once received a gentle reprimand for wearing an NSFW outfit on the set of the Netflix series.


Modrovich and Henderson discussed the bold clothing worn by German, who plays Chloe Decker, during rehearsals for the Season 3 bonus episode “Once Upon a Time” in an interview with TV line. “[German’s outfit raising eyebrows] it is somehow true, yet [she was] not ‘in trouble’ for that, “Modrovich said.” It was more like, ‘You know, in this landscape, as fun as it was …’. According to the showrunners, several spin-offs were discussed over the course of the film LuciferThe six-season run of Maze, including one focusing on Maze’s bounty hunting adventures. Ultimately, these plans were never realized because Modrovich and Henderson ultimately decided to focus their creative energies on the main series instead. Henderson also commented on the possibility of a Maze spinoff happening now Lucifer is over, admitting that he and Modrovich would have to “find a new story” if such a project had the go-ahead.

The connection between Netflix’s adaptations of Lucifer and Sandman

Modrovich and Henderson talked about more than just spin-offs: they also touched on Netflix’s adaptation of The man of sandwhich is indirectly related to Lucifer. Both shows feature different versions of Lucifer Morningstar’s character, played by Tom Ellis Lucifer and Gwendoline Christie inside The man of sand, and Henderson was full of praise for Christie’s performance. “I loved her.
