Updates have continued for Netflix’s Marvel TV shows since they switched to Disney +. When the franchise first moved to Disney +, the streaming service added more parental controls, allowing families to block violent content from shows such as Reckless And Punisher. Shortly thereafter, three of the shows achieved significant improvements in quality. Reckless, Jessica JonesAnd Luca Cage have all been made available in 4K Ultra HD, Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos, presenting them in the best possible way on home devices. The other three shows in the franchise – The Punisher, Iron fist, The defenders – it didn’t come with those additional display options. It has changed since then.
This week, all three Marvel shows received the audio and visual updates fans have been waiting for. The whole Defenders the franchise can now be viewed in 4K at home. Now that the updates have arrived, fans are just waiting to see if the shows actually have a chance to continue under Disney.
Earlier this year news emerged that a new one Reckless the series would go on to Disney and Marvel Studios, though the studio hasn’t officially confirmed anything yet. “I would gladly, in a heartbeat, get Karen back. Obviously I would like it to be the right thing, I wouldn’t want to try if it was completely different from what we did,” explained Woll. “I would come back because I want to play Matt Murdock again. I want to play Frank Castle again. I want to see these characters again. Even though I have kept in touch with the humans, the characters are also fascinating people.”
Woll went on to say that she built connections not only with Karen Page, but with all the characters she interacted with in Daredevil. She eventually went back to the original question to say definitively that she would be open to another possibility Reckless.
“And it’s a weird thing as an actor, you’re in a relationship with fictional characters,” the actress continued. “This is your job. Your job is to create a genuine relationship with something that doesn’t exist, and it hits you as if it did. This is the hardest part. So my answer to your question is, if they call, I’m here with ears open ».
